Joseph is a Certified Business Appraiser and Certified Valuation Analyst with more than 20 years of experience appraising businesses and professional practices in multiple states for a variety of purposes, including marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, ownership transfer, merger & acquisition, estate planning, estate and gift tax, regulatory compliance, and SBA loans.  

Joseph is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Machinery and Technical Specialties specializing in Machinery & Equipment. He has been appraising machinery and equipment since 2009. Types of machinery & equipment appraised include agricultural, construction, medical, landscape, lifts, commercial vehicle fleets, equipment rental fleets, shop, production, manufacturing, support, material handling, well drilling, and office equipment. He has over 36 years of experience in the equipment rental and party-and-event rental industries. He has owned and operated an equipment rental company and a truck rental company for 22 years.
